How can I place an order?

You can easily add products to your cart and checkout through our secure payment page. Follow the steps in the checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually still adjust or cancel it.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders over €50, shipping is free within the Netherlands and Belgium. For smaller orders, we charge €5.95 shipping within the Netherlands and €8.50 for Belgium.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 11:59 PM and Friday before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a track & trace code by email.

Are your products suitable for all cars?

Our products are safe to use on virtually all paints, rims, and interior materials. Always read the instructions for each product.

Do you also offer professional advice?

Absolutely! Feel free to contact us for personalized advice on paint care, polishing, waxing, or interior cleaning.

Can I return products?

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will then provide a suitable solution.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

We're an online store. Want to see or try something first? Contact us; we're happy to help.

Do I get a discount for larger orders or as a business customer?

Yes, we offer volume discounts and B2B benefits. Contact us for a customized quote.
